Teaching Movement
My teaching practice revolves around cultivating curiosity and nurturing a deep connection with movement. I guide participants to explore questions about the body and its relationship to self, others, and space, creating an open environment for discovery. Integrating improvisation, contact improvisation, and contemporary dance approaches, I encourage participants to draw on imagination, moods, memories and feelings to discover unexplored territories within themselves. My approach blends everything I have learned on my journey through dance with personal practice and collective inquiry. I deeply value the richness of group research and how we cocreate the learning together.

Contakids
I am a passionate practitioner and teacher of Contakids, a beautiful form designed for children aged around 3-5, which fosters deeper communication between parents and children through physical contact and movement. In 2019, I had the privilege of training with Itay Yatuv in Italy, immersing myself in this joyous practice. Contakids combines play, trust, and connection, enhancing children’s motor skills and self-confidence while nurturing a bond of trust between parents and their young ones. Working with children is an endless source of inspiration, especially their boundless energy and unique perspectives on the world around us.
